Twin Cities: St.Petersburg Learns from Barcelona's Example

The city branding technique is a relative newcomer in Russian government strategy.  Moscow and St.Petersburg have always been tagged as Russia’s ‘best tourist choices’, since they have the strongest images in the outside world. Nevertheless, this doesn’t decrease the need for Russia to adapt and apply techniques from the world’s best city branding projects to the Russian reality.
